Rescue International and/or its affiliates (“Rescue International”) provide Site features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at https://migration-of-rescueinternationa-bfeff9.ingress-florina.ewp.live, use Rescue International products or services, use Rescue International applications for mobile, or use software provided by Rescue International in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, ” Rescue International Services”). Rescue International provides the Rescue International Services subject to the following conditions. By using Rescue International Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Use (“Terms“) apply to your access to and use of any Site of Rescue International (“Rescue International”, “we,” or “use”), including https://migration-of-rescueinternationa-bfeff9.ingress-florina.ewp.live/ and its subdomains (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Rescue International for products, Site or otherwise. If you are using the Site on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms on such entity’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to be responsible to us if you violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes by posting the revised Terms to the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. Rescue International is an international medical and security firm operating globally. Our Headquarters are located in the UAE. Rescue International is a trading name of Emford Global DMCC, Office 1204, Tiffany Tower, Cluster W, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, UAE; registration no DMCC-211871. Our email address is support @rescue.international.

Our site is available to access to users from time to time and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on the Site without notice. We will not be liable if our Site cannot be accessed for any reason. Rescue International may also restrict access to certain elements of the Site from time to time, due to access allowed under different membership plan levels or for other reasons at our sole discretion. When you use Rescue International Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Rescue International Services, such as our Support and Bookings Centers, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Subject to Clause 7 below, you may need your own Rescue International account to use certain Rescue International Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Visit the payment methods page to manage your payment options. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, using a strong password, for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

All purchases of physical items from Rescue International are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon collection by the delivery courier.

You may only use the Site for lawful purposes. Rescue’s International Site may not be used for any unlawful activities, including, but not limited to:
● Any action which has as its aim or effect fraud or any other breach of the laws of South Africa, England and Wales or other relevant legislation or law;
● Any action which may otherwise cause harm to any individual;
● Using the Site to transmit or otherwise deliver unauthorised advertising, marketing or other promotional material;
● Using the Site to transmit data which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, keystroke loggers or other forms of malware which could harm the hardware or software of any operating device; and
● Hacking or attempting to hack into the Site or taking any other action that has as its intention or result the access of software used within our Site or other information contained within the network or equipment in which our Site is stored.

By using this Site, you represent, acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18 years of age but are at least 14 years old (a “Minor”), that you are using the Site with the consent of your parent or legal guardian and that you have received your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Site and agree to its Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a Minor, you hereby agree to bind the Minor to these Terms and Conditions and to fully indemnify and hold harmless Rescue International if the Minor breaches any of these Terms. If you are not at least 14 years old, you may not use the Site at any time or in any manner or submit any information to International rescue or the Site.

Rescue International does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfilment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Rescue International does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refunds, please contact us.

Rescue International attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Rescue International does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Rescue International Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Rescue International itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

The services provided through the Site, are of varied nature and they are described individually in more detail on the Site.

In terms of the various medical online solutions we offer in the form of information, these are intended for use by consumers in connection with active patient monitoring so as to allow immediate clinical action or continuous monitoring by a local health care provider or the patient that allows local medical professionals and health care staff (“Healthcare Providers” or “Providers”) to communicate with their clients and patients (“Patients”) to provide health care services online and perform virtual house calls via a secure Internet connection and/or mobile telephony. We are not a medical service provider, health or travel insurance company, or licensed to sell health or travel insurance. Nor do we provide medical advice, we provide medical information.

USE OF OUR SERVICES IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR EMERGENCIES. IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE A MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCY, OR IF AT ANY TIME YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR CARE OR TREATMENT, YOU SHOULD CALL YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBER OR GO TO THE NEAREST OPEN CLINIC OR EMERGENCY ROOM.

While the Services may provide access to certain general medical information, and also allow patients to communicate with health care providers, the Services we provide cannot and are not intended to provide medical advice.

We advise seeking the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding personal health or medical conditions. Never disregard, avoid, or delay in obtaining medical advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider because of something posted on the Site. If you have or suspect that you have a medical problem or condition, please contact a qualified healthcare professional immediately. THE CONTENT ON THE SITE IS NOT AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED MEDICAL ADVICE OR A SUBSTITUTE FOR INDIVIDUAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TALK TO YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS FOR DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT, INCLUDING INFORMATION REGARDING WHICH DRUGS, THERAPY, OR OTHER TREATMENT MAY BE APPROPRIATE FOR YOU. To the extent medical advice is provided to you by a health care provider through the Services, such medical advice is based on your personal health data as provided by you to the health care provider and the local standards of care for your presenting symptoms, based on the information you provide. The medical advice provided by your healthcare provider is not under the control of Rescue International, nor is it provided to or used by Rescue International.

If you are a Patient, you accept responsibility for yourself in the use of the Services. You acknowledge that your relationship for healthcare services is with your healthcare provider, and your obtaining services from your healthcare provider is solely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for all risk associated therewith, to the extent permitted by law. By using the Service, you agree to not hold Rescue International liable in any way for any malpractice or substandard treatment the Healthcare Provider may render.

We do not confirm the credentials of healthcare providers using our Services and do not validate that they are in good standing with their respective licensure board(s). It is the patient’s responsibility to separately confirm that a healthcare provider is in good standing with his or her respective licensing board(s).

If you are a healthcare provider, you accept responsibility for your patients as well as yourself in the use of this Service. You are also responsible for the quality of the services you provide during your use of the Service and for complying with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Service. For example, you are responsible for obtaining any and all State and local licenses and certifications which may be required to practice your profession when using this Service and maintaining malpractice and liability insurance in compliance with regulatory and local requirements.

You are also responsible for obtaining Patient consent if required by law and complying with any and all privacy laws applicable to the use of this Service with your patients. Rescue International has established reasonable safeguards and procedures to protect the security of patient information, but you must also take steps to protect your privacy and confidentiality of your patients.

We make no representations regarding your ability to bill third-party payers for the services you provide using the Site. You are responsible for complying with all laws in billing for the services you provide.

(A) SUBSCRIPTIONS
By registering for an account with Rescue International, you become a “Registered User” with access to certain restricted areas of the Site and to use certain Services and materials offered on and through the Site (a “Subscription”). Each Subscription and the rights and privileges provided to a Registered User is personal and non-transferable. All sales and payments of Subscription fees will be in South African Rand. All Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The fee that we will charge you for your Subscription will be the price detailed before purchase online on the Site. International Rescue reserves the right to change prices for Subscriptions at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of promotions or price decreases. Notwithstanding the foregoing, International Rescue shall notify Registered Users of any price changes thirty (30) days prior to any change. Rescue International shall honor any Subscription prices until the expiration of the applicable Subscription Term.
You may pay for your Subscription fee only with credit and debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We will charge your credit or debit card for your first Subscription fee on the date that we process your order for your Subscription. Once your credit or debit card is charged the first Subscription fee, we will begin provisioning your account. Once your account is ready, you will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you of your ability to access those Subscription-only pages, products and services on the Site.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YEARLY OR MONTHLY AFTER THE DATE THAT WE FIRST CHARGE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD FOR THE FIRST SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND, AS AUTHORIZED BY YOU DURING THE SUBSCRIPTION ORDERING PROCESS, INTERNATIONAL RESCUE WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WITH THE APPLICABLE YEARLY OR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND ANY SALES OR SIMILAR TAXES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAYMENT (UNLESS YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE).
EACH SUBSCRIPTION’S AUTOMATIC RENEWAL IS FOR THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME AS YOUR ORIGINAL SUBSCRIPTION. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME ONLINE PROVIDED THAT ANY SUBSCRIPTION FEES CHARGED PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELLATION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRO-RATED REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID FOR ANY UNUSED DAYS OF THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM. Rescue International REQUIRES A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO PROCESS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION REQUEST, WHICH SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS UNTIL THE EXPIRATION OF THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID, AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS WILL EXPIRE AT THE END OF THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM.
You will be liable for paying any and all applicable sales and other taxes for the purchase of your Subscription based on the mailing address that you provide when you register as a Registered User, and you authorize Rescue International to charge your credit or debit card for any such applicable taxes.
(B) PURCHASES.
If applicable, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on Rescue International’s fees, charges, and billing terms in effect as detailed when you make your online purchase. If Rescue International cannot charge your credit card or other payment method for any reason, Rescue International reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the Site and account and terminate these Terms and Conditions. You are expressly agreeing that Rescue International is permitted to bill you for the applicable fees, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of this Site and the fees will be billed to your credit card or other payment method designated on your initial registration with this Site, and thereafter at regular intervals for the remainder of the term of these Terms and Conditions. If you cancel your account at any time, you will not receive any refund. If you have a balance due on any account, you agree that Rescue International may charge such unpaid fees to your credit card or otherwise bill you for such unpaid fees.

Our Privacy Policy is available for information on how Rescue International collects, uses and discloses information about our users.

Copyright and all intellectual property rights in and to all materials, texts, drawings and data made available on the Site (collectively the “Materials”) are owned by Rescue International. Accordingly, any unauthorised copying, reproduction, retransmission, distribution, dissemination, sale, publication, broadcast or other circulation or exploitation of the Materials or any component thereof will constitute an infringement of such copyright and other intellectual property rights. The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Rescue International. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademark without the prior written permission of Rescue International. If you submit any personally identifiable information, Rescue International will treat such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you submit any other information, including but not limited to copyrightable material, ideas, concepts, know-how, business methods, inventions, discoveries, improvements or techniques (“Intellectual Property”), you thereby grant Rescue International a worldwide, nonexclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license (with right to sublicense) to use, modify, publish, display, copy, reproduce, perform publicly, and create derivative works of such Intellectual Property. You further agree not to submit or transmit to or from the Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, suggestive, inflammatory or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law in the relevant jurisdiction.

“Rescue International”, the Rescue International logo and any other product or service name or slogan contained on the Site are trademarks of Rescue International or our suppliers or licensors and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Rescue International or the applicable trademark holder. Any authorized use of these trademarks must be in accordance with guidelines that we may provide you from time to time. You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing “Rescue International” or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Rescue International without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by us or any other affiliation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Site for non-commercial purposes, provided such link does not portray Rescue International or any of our services in a false, misleading or otherwise defamatory manner and provided further that the linking site does not contain any adult or illegal or unlawful material or any material that is offensive, harassing or otherwise objectionable to adults or minors. This limited right may be revoked at any time. You may not use a Rescue International logo or other proprietary graphic of Rescue International to link to the Site without the express prior written permission of Rescue International. Further, you may not use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Rescue International trademark, logo or other proprietary information without Rescue International’s express written consent. Except as noted above, you are not granted any right or licence in or under any patent, trademark, copyright or proprietary right of Rescue International or any third party.

External links may be provided for your convenience, however they are not under the control of Rescue International and no representation is made as to their content. Reliance on any external links is at your own risk. No hypertext links may be created from any Site controlled by you (whether directly or indirectly) to the Site without the express prior written permission of Rescue International.

Rescue International may provide third party content on the Site and may provide links to web pages and content of third parties (collectively the “Third Party Content“) as a service to those interested in this information. Rescue International does not endorse any Third Party Content and makes no representation or warranties of any kind regarding the Third Party Content. You acknowledge and agree that Rescue International is not responsible or liable in any manner for any Third Party Content. Users access and use such Third Party Content contained therein at their own risk.

Rescue International makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the Site. Rescue International shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and/or use of the Site and any information contained on the Site and you waive any and all claims which you may have against Rescue International in respect of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever, which may be suffered by you or your dependents as a result of or which may be attributable directly or indirectly to the aforesaid. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Site or the Terms will be filed only in the courts located in England and Wales.

Notwithstanding any of these Terms, we reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to use the Site Materials, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Site Materials

If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
